The folks that brought you TriaDCon are pleased to announce
"Assembly Point – A Gathering of Friends".
This 2-day gaming event is a Miniatures and Boardgame convention designed to showcase
the very best games, terrain, miniatures, and imagination available
from the Clubs and organizations in the Baltimore-Washington area.
The convention will focus mainly on miniatures, to include Historical, Fantasy, SciFi,
and RPG's. Other events will include a painting contest, Flames of War tournament,
and what would any convention like this be without an
MST3K
event.
The focus of this gathering will be to put on the very best that clubs like
SMP
(Southern Maryland Partizens),
AoCMWC
(Army of Central Maryland Wargaming Club),
Civic Guard,
NOVAG
(Northern Virginia Gamers),
the HAWKS
have to offer. This convention is a pure gaming event intended to let people
meet the local clubs and have fun.

Assembly Point
will be held Saturday and Sunday in the 2nd Floor
gaming area of
Games and Stuff
in the heart of Glen Burnie. Parking is FREE, PLENTIFUL, and CLOSE. The area is
blessed with many food establishments within walking distance. Access is very easy
right off Route 97. Cost is
$10.00 for the entire weekend – it
covers the cost of the venue.
